Our core beliefs and values

1. High standards of ethics and integrity guided by the British Psychological Society Division of Educational and Child Psychology codes of conduct.

2. Positive and trusting relationships which promote feelings of safety and security are fundamental for growth and development.

3. Helping schools to be inclusive- schools both reflect and shape society and should therefore welcome and include all children and young people from the locality they serve. Promoting inclusion involves changing schools, not changing children.

4. Collaboration with children and young people, their parents and carers, education staff and other professionals is crucial to bring about positive change.
